How long does it takes for you to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped to you SUPER FAST (usually ONE business day or less), AFTER the payment have been cleared.

We are offering an 7 days/week customer service and response.

What shipping options do you offer? Do you have expedited shipping?
You have the choice between express, expedited or slower (but cheaper) shipping services. Just be sure to select the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Here are some shipping options for you to choose from: US residents -->> PARCEL SELECT - Slow but cheap - Warning: Could take up to 3 weeks for the item to reach you. PRIORITY - Highly recommended choice - Item will usually arrives between 2 to 4 days. EXPRESS - Best choice if you are in a hurry - Item arrives between 1 to 2 days. INTERNATIONAL BUYER -->> FIRST CLASS MAIL - Slow but cheap. Your items arrives between 7 to 30 days. PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL - A bit more expensive but your item usually arrive faster, between 7 to 15 days. PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL - More expensive but faster delivery. Item arrives between 4 to 10 days. NOTE: All delay are given for your info only and are NOT 100% accurate. Shipping delay could vary depending of your country of residence and/or weather conditions. IMPORTANT: ALL HIGH PRICED ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED ONLY USING EITHER PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL OR UPS. THOSE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE.

I do not have PayPal. Do you offer other way of payments?
YES we do! We also accept checks, cashier checks or cash on pickup. Please contact us before ordering to get the information you need in such case. Also please note that we will wait until any payment by checks clears BEFORE to ship any items.

Can I order using my credit card?
We currently do not accept direct payments by credits cards. How ever, if you have a PayPal account you can pay us using your credit card linked to your PayPal account.

Do you accept returns? If yes, for how long?
YES, we understand that sometimes mistakes happens, or sometimes you simply want to change your mind about a item you purchased. So, In the unlikely event you where not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 DAYS AFTER the date the item(s) is (are) received, which gives you plenty of time to try it(them) out. IMPORTANT: All returned item(s) MUST be returned in its (their) original packaging and undamaged, to qualify for a refund (unless item is D.O.A, buyer will have to pay for return shipping fees).

More than 14 days passed since I received my item. Can I still return it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return after the 14 days return limit is over. This is why we always recommend you to check, try and use your item thoroughly as soon as you receive it, and be sure it works or look as expected. However, most of the items we sale often have their own manufacturer warranty. We invite you to call the manufacturer and check with them about what they can do to help.

Do you ship outside the USA?
YES we do. International buyer are ALWAYS welcome. International buyer may be required to pay duties, vat tax, or other fee upon delivery, depending on shipping destination's rules and regulations. Please do not ask to lie on custom form as it will effect insurance (if any) and have other implications which may cause your package to be delayed or seized. Please consult with your local post office for more information. Thank you for your understanding.

I am located outside the USA but I cannot buy from your store. Why?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to some problem in the past with some country, there are some country we DO NOT ship to. Please check the list bellow for information. If you are getting an error after entering your country at checkout, then this means we do not ship to it.

Why can't I choose the shipping on high priced items?
To give you the best tracking and service possible when buying a high priced item from us, all high priced items will be shipped ONLY using either PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL or UPS. Those items will also be shipped with insurance.
